Form Data Collection
A plain-language explanation of what the portfolio contact form asks for, why it is needed and what happens next.
Last updated: August 31, 2026Fields requested
- Name, so the enquiry can be addressed appropriately.
- Email address, so a response can be sent.
- Project type and budget range, to understand the likely scope.
- Project message, to understand the context, requirements and constraints.
- Consent confirmation, to confirm that you have reviewed how the information is handled.
How the form works
The form runs in your browser. After required fields and consent are checked, it prepares a draft email and opens your configured email application. The website does not automatically submit the entered information to a server or claim that a message has been sent.
You remain in control of reviewing, editing or cancelling the email before sending it.
After you send the email
If you send the email, the supplied information is transmitted through your email provider to the receiving email provider. It is then used to review the enquiry, respond, discuss requirements and, where relevant, administer a potential project.
Retention and access
Correspondence may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for follow-up, project administration, business records, dispute prevention or applicable legal obligations. You may request correction or deletion where applicable by emailing info@abdullahtechs.com.
Please do not include
Do not place passwords, payment-card information, authentication codes, private keys, medical records, government identifiers or other highly sensitive information in the project message.
Your choice
Consent is required before the form prepares the email. If you do not agree, you can leave the form without sending information.
